HOW DO I RENT THE TAP TRUCK?
Ready to rent the Tap Tavern Truck for your event? We're so excited to serve you! All you need to do now is get in touch with us, either by filling out the form on the contact us page, or by emailing us directly at info@taptaverntruck.com
Once you do that, we can discuss all the details with you including your vision for your event and dates/times the Tap Tavern Truck is available.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE?
The pricing we give includes set up, 4 hours with the truck at your event, and breakdown. Travel up to 20 miles in any direction outside of Crestwood, Kentucky is included, However; anything further than that will cost an additional $2.00 per mile, both to and from your event site. If you have a need for something longer than the 4 hours provided, the truck can also be rented for an additional $250 an
hour, after that.
ALCOHOL IS NOT INCLUDED
CAN THE TAP TAVERN TRUCK PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL FOR MY EVENT?
We cannot provide alcohol for your event because of certain state laws prohibiting alcohol sales. Either you, your caterer or the event venue will need to provide the alcohol you want on tap.
IS BEER THE ONLY THING THE TAP TAVERN TRUCK CAN POUR?
The best part about our tap system is that we are able to pour a limitless variety of drinks! Sodas, wine, and ciders are all possibilities for your event!
DO I HAVE TO USE A TAP TAVERN TRUCK BARTENDER?
We don't require you use a Tap Tavern Truck bartender for your event, however, because we are trained and experienced with our professional tap system, we highly encourage it in order to get the most out of your experience with us. If you do not use our bartenders, set up, clean up and any damages that might occur during the use of the tap truck will be your responsibility.
DOES TAP TAVERN TRUCK REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
In order to ensure the date you want is yours, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking.
WHAT TYPE OF AREA IS NEEDED TO ACCOMMODATE THE TRUCK?
We usually suggest a 10 foot by 18 foot area on a flat surface for the Tap Tavern Truck to use. That being said, that can be anywhere you are wanting as we do NOT need any electrical outlets for the tap system to work.
WHICH EVENTS CAN UTILIZE THE TAP TAVERN TRUCK?
The Tap Tavern Truck is a great addition to almost any event you can think of! Weddings, birthdays, community events, festivals, private parties, corporate gatherings and even farmer's markets. The ideas and possibilities are endless!
CAN THE TRUCK BE CUSTOMIZED FOR MY EVENT?

IS THE TRUCK AVAILABLE TO BE USED FOR PHOTO SESSIONS?
Perhaps one of our favorite features of the Tap Tavern Truck is how beautifully it photographs. Our truck has the unique ability to remove the boxed portion where the taps are, to create a custom photo experience. By doing this, clients are able to create their own canvas by placing a Christmas tree, pumpkins, or any other seasonal decor in the back to be photographed alongside of. We are happy to work with you in order to make your vision come to life!
